When is an Assessment Centre worthwhile?
When a placement, promotion or potential assessment really matters and interviews, CVs and references alone do not provide enough confidence. It is particularly valuable for key roles, succession questions and leadership positions that have a significant impact on teams or business outcomes.
What makes a SAGA Assessment different from a standard interview?
Interviews usually capture only what candidates say about themselves. SAGA Assessments make behavior directly observable. We design custom, realistic simulations (case studies, role plays, leadership conversations) that force candidates to act. You see in real time how they prioritize, communicate and decide under pressure.
What do candidates actually experience?
